Large sinkhole in Florida swallows back of home; Why the sudden outbreak of sinkholes?
(June 21) A 40 feet wide and 20 feet deep sinkhole has swallowed the back of a home in Hudson, Tampa Bay, Florida. The house has been ruled a total loss, leaving many residents in the area to wonder if their house could be next. The next step is to determine what else in the area could be affected by the sinkhole, at which point they will be able to determine whether anyone else needs to be evacuated. (Source)
Experts say simple geology explains it all. Underground, Florida’s limestone layer is resembles Swiss cheese. When a bubble in that limestone collapses, a sinkhole may form. Florida geology has been this way for millions of years, so why the sudden outbreak of sinkholes today? Some experts say that it is because If a sinkhole develops in an old pasture, a crisis doesn’t necessarily follow; however, put a house or a residential neighborhood on that same unstable land and sinkholes will develop sooner or later. Furthermore, land development — when mismanaged — can result in the depletion of the aquifer. When the natural groundwater reserve is depleted, underground pressures can shift resulting in a collapse. (Source)
It’s not just in Florida – sinkholes are becoming so frequent in China since April that there are multiple reports across the country on a daily basis, some calling it an outbreak. It’s interesting that outbreaks are taking place in different parts of the world at such a time like this. All things are connected – the geology of these places doesn’t explain it all. Solar activity, pole shift, earth crust displacement all play a part. These are end times signs – precursor to unprecedented destruction such as never has occurred.
Daniel 12:1 At that time Michael the great prince who stands watch over your people will rise up. There will be a time of distress such as never has occurred since nations came into being until that time. But at that time all your people who are found written in the book will escape.
